I think the reserve will be much lower only because the prior reserves have been crazy high. Guess we'll know in a few hours.
When FNM actually incurs the loss there is no impact to earnings because such reserves were previously made. But if aggregate losses over time exceed amounts originally estimated then additional reserves will need to be recorded. Sentiment : Hold Rating :
