70$ would be nearly a 100% premium over where the stock traded before the rumor / reuters reports started. There's NO way they're going to pay that. FMX was ~ 36$ then and wouldn't be trading at 44$ today if it wasn't for that -- much of the premium they would pay is already built into current pps. MAYBE they pay 50/shr, MAYBE...but even that would be ~38% over where it traded before.
