I do not claim to understand Mr. Clark's style, but I do know that the "chairman" Mr. Amerson and present "chief operating officer" Mr. Smith have been around for many years at FLDR...with very poor results. Are these two just too weak of individuals relative to Mr. Clark, but have suddenly have found business acumen and will have strong business results? Why will this change? Did Clark have these two men too intimidated or are there other reasons for their inaction and inability to run FLDR profitably???

I am highly suspicious when I read the 10-K...there are way too many deals for raw materials and rents that are being paid to Mr. Amerson...so he benefits regardless of the business performance. I wonder...is Mr. Smith involved in receiving real estate rent payments from FLDR too???

What has this new team done to give you this faith? Lots of talk on the CC about buy backs, getting out of some of their "verticle" activities...lots of talk from Mr. Smith and little action. BTW, Amerson and Smith were management supporting these actions. Not that it is Mr. SMith's fault...but I doubt his background and previous experience in law enforcement has prepared him for this key management role.

I have no faith in this management team...it appears to be the same players...just different titles...same players...same talk...expect the same poor performance.

Please change my mind and make me feel better about money in FLDR.
