They expect "cash flow provided by operating activities" to be 76-78mm for the year. It was 76.4mm for the first nine months so q4 will produce little or none. Also, the cash balance includes 44.6mm held under management agreements to meet working capital needs. Investments in unconsolidated subsidiaries on the books at 86.7mm have equity of 67.6mm. Since they are 50% owned, it looks like they are carrying 33.8mm equity at 86.7 value in the balance sheet. I now see why they were willing to issue debt at such high rates to pay off much lower rate debt prior to maturity. I think they see a bleak future that may make it impossible to issue new debt at any rate in the future. I think all the data I have stated is accurate, but do your on due diligence since I do make mistakes!
