I was expecting bad q3 results and q4 guidance and they managed to be worse than anticipated. 2009 guidance compared to previous was: Adjusted ebitda 174mm vs 188mm, Adjusted ffo ps .31 vs .74, Net loss 113mm vs 82mm, interest expense 110mm vs 97mm. This new guidance makes the q4 a disaster. Q4 now projected to be net loss of 66mm or 1.05ps, adj ffo negative 23.7mm. Common bv now 3.70ps projected to be 2.65ps at year end. That could easily get wiped out by loss in 2010. I will say it once again, I see no value in the common but do see some value left in the pfds. I am long the pfds and short the common, so am hedged to a large extent. I would not feel comfortable in the pfds without a hedged position.
