I have been saying this for a while. The common is finally trading down the way it should. I think the q3 report will be ugly and that guidance will be worse. Q3 is the last qtr that will not suffer from much higher interest rates and guidance will take this into consideration. I would not hold the common on 11/3 when q3 results get released. I still think the pfds have value although I see no way they will resume pfd div for two more years.
