Is the OSBU up to quality, profitable training any more? Is the online subscription based planner a respectable product? Who are the muckity-mucks these days? Having very lightly browsed the web for information, I wasn't able to find anything on Gordon Wilson or the retail regional directors.

It's just strange to me... such radio silence?
