That is the thing with these PR bankers. They are not too rich. Their salaries are pretty small by the standard of mainland bankers. I bet every analyst who covers these banks makes more than the CEOs. So buys in the hundreds of thousand of dollars are pretty significant. Then again, Aleman's holdings were pretty small. A new CEO is expected to buy shares. I don't think this is that significant however the lack of any buying would have been.
