Management was intriguingly evasive in the conference call, when asked by a questioner, about the possibility, with net debt down to $25 million, of getting permission from the banks to initiate a stock buyback. This would be a GREAT way to increase shareholder value. At $4-5, I'd like to see the company go in there and buy in a good 10% of the shares outstanding.
