Sorry to disappint you, but either you are really stupid or are being misinformed by an attorney.

First, you cannot sue Ford as they have zero complicity here. Ford sells the vehicles to the dealership and by law cannot force the dealer to sell at any specific price. In short, the dealer is an independent business.

Second, I have sued people and been sued. And to suggest that you could sue someone for less than $700 is beyond stupid. Unless you have something in writing (which I assume you don't otherwise the dealer would honor it)than it is a "he said she said" scenario. In that scenario, the burden of proof is on the plaintiff, not the defendant.
