I forgot about that one....
From what I understand FMNJ hired the law firm to dissolve the old company... When they dissolved that company they in essence dissolved that agreement... Go figure... The are so many other discrepancies..... what ever happened to the issuance of shares to the fmnj shareholders in franklin oil & gas.... They have issued out what 15 billion shares since...which means they not only diluted us on fmnj but also on franklin oil & gas... Also how is Petty doing this? Don't you need more than 50% to do anything...where is he getting that 50% plus... Is stock is being sold in Franklin Oil & Gas?.... he dilutes us, takes assets and puts them in other shells, then sells stock on the other shell...and does not even issue stock to us shareholders in the new company.... It is a lose lose for us shareholders.. Rating :
