Stock was down all day & at the last second - it appears that someone bought a large block and must have paid much more than it was trading at.

What is the rationale behind this?

Market clearly did not like this proposed acquisition most of today.

Has FSR created a poison pill to avoid a takeover itself? Or has FSR valued the takeover offer fairly?

Why is FSR paying around $5 more per share than VS is willing to pony up? Is my math incorrect? Am I missing something here?
