1)The co's I mentioned all have p/e's of FIVE OR LESS, base your p/e on less than FIVE! They have none of the problems any one who reads SEC filings about (FFHL) knows of. Right now Awesome China SML Caps are selling @ p/e's of FIVE or less! Again go to Roth Capitals web site read free research! Now go look up FUQI HOLI SDTH HRBN NPWRD NTES TSTC GRRF...go look @ 2nd level china plays I.E. YGYB CVVT CXDC ALRC GRO CNOA CHNG all OB (Hell go to seeking alpha and start there!)

2)Significant Risk--The loan you reference is for ~3.5 MILLION. THIS CO NEEDS 15-20 MILLION! HOW WILL THEY GET IT??? The PRC does not cordinate loans between State and National Gov. entities!!! YOU DREAM/ASSUME WAY TO MUCH! THE SHAREHOLDER FAIRY will come at night and finance the 15-20 MILLION w/ BONDS??? LOL...PRC will Leave this Co ALONE! You know nothing of the culture of PRC w/ regards to micro-caps!

FFHL has already started to down play the chance of the "Third line" (which you base your EPS growth On--FAR FROM IT!!!)_

3)Show me ANY INDICATION of "the third line" having any chance, from recent Co statements or SEC filings of late!!!
