ACAS had good earnings report. Only think the Galleon thing has somewhat of an effect on the PE firms. Think it is mostly because some of the smaller PE firms have reported below PAR results (such as GLG). Just think that just because the market has been rising in Q3 everyone assumes that these PE firms have killed earnings when some havent. Only thing that will make FIG and rest of PE rise is a good earnings and not just a broad market rally.
