It's not a trade for me either. I guess I'm a bit overzealous about my entry points. I have to admit, it was tempting today.

It definitely seems as if the convertible offering is pressuring the stock price. I suspect there are many other factors as well, such as: CRE markets, the broader stock market and I do believe the shorts are at it again.
