Chart here set up a nice cup&handle.

I would warrant that FLOW is on a few radar screens given its status as a junk stock that's still in the junkyard. The first three waves of junk have moved, this may be next.

4.50 and 6.50 look like the big targets on the chart. . . Stops at 2.37.

Anybody care to share insights into fundamentals here?
