Today I opened a long position in FLOW.

The successful stock placement at 2.10 and underwriter's overallotment takedown positions the company to have a much improved balance sheet and to withstand an account receivables buildup when (and if) industry conditions improve.

I was particularly interested in their shareholders' presentation slides (updated 9.10.09), slide #20.

I think it at least partially explains Roth Capital's willingness to do the deal.
