If you look at the history of this stock it rarely has made any big moves during earnings with the exception of the last two quarters. This is a low volume slow moving stock that is good for people in for the long haul over a year. The euphoria of great earnings brings in quick hitters hoping to make a quick buck then they sell quickly sending the price down shortly after earnings. Once we get a trailing 4 qtrs of decent earnings this stock will creep up over $25 and float between there and $30 year in and year out. Until the book value of this stock gets over $15 there will be little movement in it. Right now the BV is about $9.72 I think and it won't trade much above it until the BV increases.
