16:18 FCN FTI Consulting beats by $0.04, misses on revs; announces $500 mln stock repurchase (42.57 +0.28)

Reports Q3 (Sep) earnings of $0.70 per share, $0.04 better than the First Call consensus of $0.66; revenues rose 7.1% year/year to $348.6 mln vs the $366.9 mln consensus. Board of Directors authorized a new two year stock repurchase program of up to $500 million. The Company intends to execute a $250 million accelerated stock buyback with Goldman, Sachs & Co. as soon as practicable.
