They should announce the quarterly dividend today or tommorrow. Then look for a move to above $13.50. I live in upstate NY and FNFG holds my mortgage. I can tell those that are not from this area that real estate has not taken the beating here that it has in other parts of the country. We did not see huge gains in our property value so we did not see the drastic dip as well. Look at what the other large regional bank up here did last quarter, M&T bank beat the street and moved up a few dollars. Expect FNFG to beat as well as they are not exposed to commerical real estate and credit card defaults the way the large banks are. Good luck to all!
