FNFG is buying HNBC in what looks like a done deal...though there is always some risk of a deal falling through. At .474 FNFG shares for each HNBC share, there is a discounted way to get FNFG shares - buy HNBC if you think the deal is going to happen. That's the way I'm building my position...along with short selling FNFG puts. 211 shares of HNBC equals 100 FNFG shares if the deal happens.
