It will also reduce the population of the US as the number of uninsured would be all and that 44,000 deaths a year would sky rocket. Thus we solve our unemployment rate as the labor pool dies off faster.

Good idea Tom only the very rich get a doctor but the doctors would fall out of the upper eco class status and 75% of the hospitals would have to close so some health care providers would have to leave the US or go on wellfare (which I suppose you want to end that as well?)
