I like the technical details of VTL and Falconstor's leadership position in it. However, the stock sucks. My hope is that we could be looking at the next STEC with FALC. Let's see how far this falls tomorrow. We need to hear a buyback or buyout for the shares to rise. I think $300-500M would be a good buyout price. The VTL product fits perfectly into EMC's portfolio. If EMC cheaply acquires FALC, they got the whole suite of cloud computing in storage cornered - virtualization, dedup, and VTL.
