It normally means a very bad quarter is about to be announced. I am not suggesting anyone may be trading on insider information. However, it has been consistent that after a quarter ends and before the earnings are announced if FAC trades down (like it is doing now) the quarterly numbers come in on the LOW side or terrible. How in the world can these spoiled-brat-Ivy-Leaguers justify giving so much stock and cash away to themselves? They got their bonuses for a 14 cent quarter that was really a huge loss and if they cannot repeat the 14 cent performance they should be sued.
