My best guess is a share buyback offer in the range of 6.40 to 7 per share. I'm also thinking that the eventual value here is somewhere around $9 to $12 by next June, if they do a tender offer for the rest of the company after this initial distribution. (somewhere in that range because of the available cash + assets - liabilities = liquidation value then add back in the value of the EDS property which is profitable (per their 10Q) and give some kind of multiple on that (hoping for a minimum of 15% or like a p/e of 5)
