Adjusted EBITDA? A non-GAAP measure? What's with that crap? Just another profitless company looking for a way to "appear" like they are doing better than they really are if you ask me.

Aren't they going to need some more cash soon? It sure as hell doesn't sound like they are going to be profitable any time soon. Is JVL ready to drop a boat load of green into this "almost there" BS enterprise?
