ST. JOHN'S, NEWFOUNDLAND--(Marketwire - 10/30/09) - Environmental Control Corporation ("EVCC") (OTC.BB:EVCC - News) is pleased to announce that it has signed a non-exclusive licensing agreement with Terra Nova Sweden AB (TNS). As a sales consulting firm with extensive experience in the automotive and small engine industries, TNS is a great fit for the company at this present time.

Under the terms of the agreement, EVCC has granted TNS the non-exclusive license to use, market and sell both the reverse flow catalytic muffler and combined flow catalytic muffler technologies for a period of two years. Royalty and license fees will be determined by the two companies upon the receipt of a firm commitment to acquire EVCC's products by a buyer introduced by TNS. The agreement is renewable at the end of the current term for a successive two-year period.
