Looks like this boiler-room gang is trying again to push their worthless shares into the market.

Current ratio of .003...no cash, pitiful revenue (income substitution maybe?), excessive liabilities...where are they getting the money to keep this afloat? Oh yeah...momo penny traders.

Show a big jump in volume or a huge gain in price and lure 'em in for a feeding frenzy. Doesn't matter who's painting this...it's all about possible momentum. Traps seem to be popping up all over.

Looks like the only positive for the company (not the shareholders) is the sale of stock. Payables climbing. Shareholder equity going into a dark hole.

Wonder what the filings say about the financial condition and how they are managing to stay in business. Is there some kind of big demand for shares produced by share factories or what?
