Pennytrader, I have run the numbers based on the info they have given in conference calls/press releases and get very similar info as you have given. If Wonder works out the way they say it is going to and there is a successful IPO, we are going to be very happy. Like you said, even using conservative estimates and only considering Wonder and not other clients, I see the price of ebig at 0.50+ after IPO. Remember also, shareholders who owned ebig on July 31, 2009 will own about 1.7% of Wonder (the dividend). So take 0.0116794 times how many shares you owned on July 31, 2009 and this should be your Wonder equity dividend (1,530,000/131,000,000=.0116794). Low float for ebig will be a very good thing if/when the Wenda IPO gets trading. Even among the 52,000,000 shares in the float, I have a feeling a very small number of investors own a large percentage of the 52,000,000 shares in the float. I am excited, but getting a little impatient, about Wonder filings. Hopefully we hear something soon, or all the equity ebig will retain from Wonder will go to their SEC lawyers (if they are getting paid by the hour)! Good luck.
