this is getting pretty ridiculous...2 for 2 this week on daily press releases, 0 for 15 on getting any IPOs done since EBIG inception. they have mentioned that putting out press releases is expensive...stop the press releases, get rid of Eversull, and hire more lawyers to help with the SEC work. I would like to know what Wonder management thinks of EBIG's execution at this time...at least the CEO is still talking to EBIG. I would think they wouldn't be too happy about the delays. With the apparent increase in enrollment, they should want to get some cash to leverage their current business model and expand in the unsaturated Chinese education market.
