generally bulls##t. These lawyers are ambulance chasers in the business world. I doubt very much that ES intentially misled investors and, absent that, where is the responsibility of the investor to accept risk in the market. And I did buy in the 23 range but I also have more than doubled up below the 10 area. I break even at 11.50 and am willing to accept that level of risk and buy more in the 8-9 range.
