On first glance, these companies' business looks somewhat similar.
VNR is an LLC (limited liability corp). Does that mean it is an MLP? It has increased its divs the last few years (more so from the first div increase than more recently) but has appreciated in stock price more so than EVEP. Both companies go ex-div on Nov. 7, 2009. Anyone holding both EVEP and VNR and what's your read on VNR in relation to EVEP? Rating :
