- Structure of their midstream contracts: mostly hedged or fee-based
- Volume trends for midstream and upstream: very stable given circumstances
- Exposure to Haynesville upstream and minerals: interesting shale with competitive cost to the Marcellus.
- Valuation benchmarks against competitors: in terms of distributable cash flow and adjusted EBITDA is VERY cheap
- Distributions: The plan to raise them as soon as they reduce the debt

Plenty of ammo. I am getting the impression that EROC is a home run at this prices. My only concern is the low prices they have hedged for next year.
