ENTR has revenue of about $30M and is still running in the red after many many years of gangbuster sales. In an increasingly integrated and consolidated world they WILL be gobbled up by a larger player soon. The only questions are: whom, and at what price?

Given the fact that ENTR is now relegated to the role of a second-tier player in the market they created, scrambling desperately to catch-up with the advanced and highly economical BRCM MOCA technology, $80M (and executive immunity from prosecution) would be an extremely generous offer.
