Lazard is at 7 from 8; Stephens is at 6 from 7 and Piper is at 5.50. All had the same basic concern--flat domestic revenue in Q3 and failure to raise guidance. That being said, they all still like the stock. Q4 expectations are now sufficiently conservative such that an upside surprise in domestic revenue should move the stock up nicely into the 6's again. Patent suit doesn't appear to be a major concern.
