Guys, first, I'm long and I've been long for a long time but Sales were disappointing and revenue guidance moving forward even more disappointing.

Q2 NA Revenue was higher than Q3 NA Revenue. A big concern that we're down vs Q2. Secondly, revenue guidance for Q4 is flat to down slightly vs Q3. Growth has become a very large issue here and the sales team needs to step up and step up in a big way.
