I think this is a very good company, but I'm not sure about the stock being ready to take off. I've been following the company for awhile, but I haven't yet bought because of the following issues:

1. The rights offering is very dilutive. They are increasing outstanding shares by almost one-third. The fact that they are pricing the offering at $0.75/share tells me that that is their best estimation of what the stock is actually worth (post-offering), rather than the $1.00 (give or take) that it's at now.

2. The acquisition is a good idea, but how much more stock are they going to issue as part of the purchase? They have not provided any terms as of yet. This could be even more dilutive.

3. Most important: The company has not turned a profit since something like 2005. And the losses have not been piddling losses, they've been big ones. If they continue to burn cash, they won't be around long enough to finish the turnaround.

Does anyone have any estimates of when the company might become profitable?

I agree that they are taking major steps in the right direction. I just worry that it might be too late. And I think the stock price is actually a little high for my taste right now (I do not own any, I am looking to buy).
