Unfortunately, FBST cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel as far as the bottom line is concerned. 41% profit margins are just not going to get them there. For 6 years they have been fighting to reduce SG&A expenses with little to no progress. Recent predictions by the co. have suggested that a 25% SG&A can be achieved when reaching a 100 millon in revenues. However that seems light years away for investors looking for results in 12 to 18 mos.. Until management starts addressing this problem investors will continue to see a reflection of recent price movements.
