Yes, with stock sale of 6 million shares, a cash infusion by the Chairman in which he stole shares from the rest of you at $1.75 per share with warrants to buy more at $3.50 per share and the sale of a newbuild contract. So, they diluted, screwed and sold their way to a smidge less debt. Lovely. "Moan and groan, say something with substance and quit worrying about the income statement, it's meaningless chief." LOL! The income statement is meaningless? What has "meaning" then, if not the earnings? Book value? A HUGE joke. Balance sheet. SCARY. Your opinion? Not clear. Who the hell are you? Looks like FREE is your only shipping investment and that one sucks worse than EXM. Rating :
