(total market 90 million people over 50 testing every 3 years, 30% market penetration, .3x90/3 = 9 million). I figure with aggressive marketing and ACS guidelines inclusion and the new independent results published, we could probably ramp up to that within about 2 or 3 years after FDA approval. I would expect global efforts to also proceed not too far behind US, multiplying market size several fold.

The FIT performance numbers you mention seem high to me. No matter how good the FIT test, they are limited by the fact that CRC bleeds intermittently if at all, especially for earlier cancers. That gives SDNA a significant inherent advantage.
