Hey Paid Pumper

I’m glad you monopolized all the grey matter in the world so you can help explain your Sept 10 post:

“In addition, since new mgt took over more than a year ago, it has been their practice to under promise and over perform.”

Your pumping statement is direct conflict with the facts:

1. Rodriquez was CEO of Xpedion for over 6 years. Xpedion promised to capture the RF space during the period of triple digit growth rate wireless RF. With that kind of growth rate a monkey couldn’t fail. But somehow Rodriquez and his cronies failed on there repeated growth promise and ultimately Xpedion assets were dumped on Agilent for pennies on the dollar. How can anyone screw up a business in triple digit wireless growth? Xpedion’s investors were left holding the bag. Tell us again where management “under promise and over perform”???

2. So now, you say this time with EXAR will be different. But EXAR’s cash-flow under Rodriquez jumps out and says the problem is even worse than Xpedion.

EXAR Change in cash:
2007 $2.2 million (before Rodriquez)
2008 (33.0) million (loss)
2009 over (60.0) million (loss)

So in one quarter of his arrival at EXAR, Rodriquez turn a net positive cash flow into a negative. Then he continues dropping EXAR cash flow by almost $100 million over a year. The fastest change in cash over EXAR’s previous 8 years. Once again, Xpedion’s investors are left holding the bag. Once again, tell us again where did management “under promise and over perform”???

So with all your grey matter and wisdom, how big of a loss should EXAR’s stockholders endure before the BOD forces Rodriquez and his cronies out?
