Please don't forget the IPO of EVOL was from Goldman Sachs in 1998.

From CC, Q4 will be (and always was) the strongest Q in the year.

More importantly, the CEO talked about the DSA full production and execution in 2011 and 2012. So, the deals EVOL has signed this year will be in fully implement in 2010-2011, plus, there will be new DSA deals in Q4/09 and 2010

So we can see EVOL has a growing business (revenue).

It is true the total revenue was up only 10% (14% in Q3/09 vs Q3/08), but EPS has increased by far, far more than 10%.

Based on 140 companies in the same sector with average p/e=15-20 (non-GAAP), a p/e=15 (non-GAAP) is very reasonable to EVOL.

no wonder Colby Synesael from Kaufman Bros initiated a "BUY" with $11.5 target price a few weeks ago

as today, EVOL has generated 26+12+13+16 =67 cents of non-GAAP in the last 4 quarters.

If the market is back to 52 weeks high in the next few months, I don't feel surprise if EVOL hits $10-11, that is just p/e (non-GAAP)=15.

Just my 2 cents, could be wrong
