In the last 4 quarters ESI has been losing on average, over a million dollars per week. Since they have a stash of cash, the demise of ESI will be a long, slow, painfull death. It will be like PMS that never stops. Over the next year,this highly beaurocratic and back-stabbing little co. will experience lay-offs, accusations, customer dis-satisfaction, in-fighting, denial and turmoil. After the Zygo debacle, no one will have anything to do with it. In the end, it will be a pleasure to watch it slide into oblivion as it, it's Wall Street stock holders, huge redundant board and officers are sent packing, never to put any more employees or acquisions through the hell they have lived for and will now experience first hand for themselves. It's like the ending to a drama where the evil empire is finally vanquished while everyone in the theater cheers and claps.
