I know many folks on this board are very knowledgeable with the energy market, so does anybody have comment on CPL?

I've picked up lots of ERF when I was with edward jones. Told to just buy and hold, get high dividen, so just leave it and forget about it.

Been dollar cost averging in since June of 2003, guess what, I'm still good 50% under water. Less severe if I factor in the dividends, but loss far exceeded the dividens received.

Since ERF has been flat since May, I thought I'd reallocate to other energy related to up my chance of getting back to even.

Hear about the "CPL" from Cramer as a good brazil energy play and it also pays good dividen. Wondering if anyone hvae good or bad feedbacks on this one.
