Elliott Associates has foreclosed on the shares of EQS held by them as collateral for loans to MCC. They say they will replace the board. Still waiting for more disclosure on the SEC charges.
NAV keeps going down. If there is value in these shares, it will depend on Infinia, but they've already written that up 200%. EQS is the textbook example of what is wrong with BDC's operated for management at the expense of shareholders. Rating :
