Dissolve? Check out the load, it's close to 7%. Nice "work" if you can find it.
btw, EQS discount to NAV of 30%+ has been that way for years and years (the load is part of the reason). But, a good question is at these prices, why doesn't management just buy up their own stock and then convert to an open ended funded and pocket the rather large difference? The fact that they haven't should give one pause. With all that said, I put a small amount in when the NAV discount went over 60%. We'll see. Rating :
