Agree that Citi is not the best place to look for advice. Would think EPD and most of the MLPs will in the next several months hold steady (+/-5% area). My reasoning is the market has priced in loosening credit markets, improving market conditions for NGLs and oil, large run up in prices over the last several months and last the flattening of distribution increases.

EPD is staying conservative and finance is now not the threat to MLPs that it was a couple months ago, but could it be that the improved network to move product more efficiently will create a world where product pricing differentails are smaller? Will the MLPs in effect have cut their own profits by building so many interconnecting pipes? Am sure smarter people than me have the answer, but a couple of people at ETP suggested this would happen in the future.
