We are upgrading EPD to a Buy/Medium Risk (1M) from Hold/Medium Risk (2M) based on several factors including: 1) increased comfort as EPD has fully financed and closed the TPP merger, 2) continued improvement in the outlook for NGL operations as strong supplies are being met with improving demand, and 3) recently announced shale projects show that EPD can leverage its asset base to drive unique growth opportunities. target to $30.50 Rating :
