It is out today. As I predicted, it shows a net loss ONLY because of the quarterly payouts to CSHC stockholders (like me!) for the Cortelco buy. If it wasn't for that ($480K) EONC would have shown a $0.05/share profit (with no tax because of about $25 million in carry-forward losses on the books). Overall, the finances seem to be in much better shape now; I have to admit that David Lee does seem to have done the right thing (for a change) with this merger. Only real question is how long the "legacy" businesses (eQueue and Millennium) will last, and will the new IP product be able to replace that revenue and profit?
