IMO,The only reason shareholders should be attending the ASM is to collect and collate data for a class action lawsuit. It's been ten years since the watershed event, and not one major thing has been accomplished by the BOD and management, save them making boatloads of compensation and enjoying Madison ave. digs, all on the shareholders pain and suffering.

We all know the colossal failures ad nauseum, no need to repeat them here. Not one FDA approved or phase 3 pumped therapeutic or major, revenue producing life sciences product has come to fruition. It's time to Class action these dopes because this is a lost investment. At least we bring a discovery process to light and maybe, just maybe, get one of the alphabet agencies to look into this company.

Record losses and the senior executives are enjoying record compensation all at the expense of the long suffering shareholders. It's now or never folks...
